Matthew Horne is a dynamic and highly skilled business leader with the ability to navigate complex transactions and transitions. He has a proven track record in the finance, education, and self-storage investment sectors. He currently serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Storage Point Capital, where his primary responsibilities include leading the acquisition team and ensuring that all expectations are met for brokers, sellers, investors, and lenders.
Prior to his work at Storage Point Capital, Matthew served in a number of key roles in the finance and education sectors. Matthew helped lead off market acquisitions for City Line Capital over the last 4 years. He also worked for the Education Management Corporation (EDMC) for approximately 10 years, serving as a Director and Corporate Trainer.
In addition to his work in finance and education, Matthew has also served as a Producer for the Money Show, a high net-worth investor event that attracts top industry professionals from around the world. Through his work at the Money Show, Horne developed a deep understanding of the needs of wealthy investors and has become highly skilled in identifying high-value investment opportunities.
Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from South University in Savannah, GA, and has also completed advanced coursework in finance, real estate, and business strategy.
